The Suzie Cappa Art Center

Suzie, an active artist, received services from our agency until her passing in 1997. Through a bequest in her memory established by her family and another bequest we were able to open the art center in December of 2001. It was expanded last year due to a high success rate and the artists have produced a new array of wonderful art pieces on display and new stories to share with you when you can come and visit.  The Art Center is open Monday-Friday from 9-3p on Range Road or by special appointment. As with many other beneficial concepts developed by our agency, private donations rather than state or federal funds are their support. Our goal is to raise enough funds through our annual event and sale of art work to ensure continuation of services and creativity for all we serve who have an interest.

All donations for the Suzie Cappa Art Center will help the Black Hills Workshop Foundation support the need for supplies, classes and necessary upgrades for the area!
